I Thank you Teresa for an amazing session, I had no idea what to expect but the energy shift is unbelievable. I was suffering with stomach and lower back problems due to what I thought was bad posture, turns out these were symptoms of some emotional issues from the past, which we talked about and cleared. Before, I walked leaning forward but since having the session I am walking with a straighter back. I still have some lower back pain and feel this is because I need to now strengthen those muscles. I feel great and for the first time in many years I am motivated to be more physically active and even bought a Smart Wonder machine!
