I am a qualified psychotherapist whose been trained in integrative counselling...  integrative counselling means drawing on and blending different types of therapies - cognitive, behavioural, psychoanalytical, psychodynamic and humanistic; I prefer an integrative approach to therapy as I do not believe that one approach alone works for each client in all situations.

My intention is to build a strong, healthy relationship with you by... offering a professional and supportive environment that is confidential, safe and non-judgmental...  allowing you to explore sensitive issues and clarify what you find difficult and challenging, bringing into your consciousness what may be unseen or unknown about your life.

We are all individuals and have our own life story and...  at some point come to crossroads or transitions in our lives that may affect our well-being... we may find ourselves acting in ways we don’t understand; sometimes we can feel sad, lost, confused or alone; we may know why we feel like that or we may not... it’s at times like this having someone to talk to and be listened to can help us to feel more uplifted and help the healing process, resolving the grief or conflict that is making us unhappy... this is where I can assist you...

With my passion for helping you reach your full potential...  you will be able to tell your story through counselling... taking a walk on the pathway to self healing will enable you to find a new understanding of your thoughts, feelings and actions...  you can express and explore whats in your heart, what your feelings are, bringing insight and understanding about your life...  this path of self discovery will allow you to grow, help you to make new choices, reach your goals and changes that will bring you healing and happiness.
